2. Product Categories & Warranty
We offer different categories of appliances, each with specific warranty terms:
2.1 Brand New Appliances
- All brand-new appliances come with a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- If an item breaks or malfunctions within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it.
- For warranty claims, on-site repairs are available for refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
- For TVs, microwaves, and other small appliances, customers must bring the item to our warehouse for inspection and repair.
2.2 Carton Damaged Products
- These products are new but have cosmetic damage to their packaging.
- They have never been used, but they may have been removed for testing purposes.
- Carton-damaged products come with a one-year warranty.
- They function exactly like brand-new products but may not be in their original packaging.
2.3 Factory Seconds
- These are fully functional appliances with minor cosmetic wear.
- They come with a 90-day warranty covering defects in workmanship and function.
- Factory seconds are supplied directly by manufacturers but may show minor scratches, dents, or imperfections.
2.4 Refurbished Products
- Our refurbished appliances undergo testing and repairs by qualified technicians.
- These products may have visible signs of use or cosmetic wear.
- They come with:
- 90-day repair warranty
- 7-day replacement warranty if the product has a fault within the first week.
3. Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.
- On-site repair services are only available for refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
- Customers must bring all other appliances (TVs, microwaves, etc.) to our warehouse for repair.
- If a repair falls outside the warranty terms, our technicians will provide a quote before proceeding with the repair.
4. Order & Payment Terms
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- We accept payments through credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.
- Orders may be canceled if:
- Payment is not received.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- There are pricing or stock errors.
5. Delivery Terms
- We offer $80 standard shipping within the Sydney metropolitan area.
- For deliveries outside metropolitan areas or to regional locations, please contact us for an accurate shipping estimate.
- If delivery involves stairs, customers must inform us in advance. Additional charges will apply for upstairs deliveries.
- Maison Appliances is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Refund & Return Policy

- We offer a 7-day refund policy if a product is found to be faulty or malfunctioning.
